The Ask

Unlike many other real estate developments, Westhills has many home brands under one umbrella. This client needed an effective way to showcase multiple brands, with multiple home types in several different neighbourhoods with virtually countless different floorplans. In addition to this functionality, they wanted to modernize their website and place a higher emphasis on the mobile experience and offer their users a beautiful, art-like journey.

The Result

To tackle this tall order, myself, the developer and the client worked closely to create a custom responsive, interactive map and a robust search feature supported by beautiful, highly visual renderings, photography and lifestyle imagery.

The result is a high-performing website that delivers high conversions – selling homes faster than they can list.
